A piece of land not fenced off, containing 1r. 3p. and situate on the South side of Clutton Churchyard, and at present included in Ordnance No. 285, does not belong to the
Vendor and is not included in the acreage of No. 285 given in the preceding Schedule, and is accordingly excluded from the sale.

Part of 252 is fenced off and contains about 100 young Perry and Cider fruit trees, supplied by the National Fruit and Cider Institute for the purpose of an experimental
orchard. There are good cherry and damson trees in the other orchards.
